Domestic Shipping Policy office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time (excludes holidays). Orders received after 1:00pm will be processed the within the next two business day. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (excludes holidays) with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are based on weight, distance traveled and class of service requested through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Typical shipping times are 7-14 business days for international shipping. This does not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. CMTL is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays. You (the customer) are responsible for all charges, and possible surcharges, customs and duties assessments, governmental penalties and fines, and taxes, related to your shipment.

Please insure that the items you are purchasing meet all local & national regulation. CMTL cannot be held responsible for destroyed, lost, refused or returned packages.

Return Policy

All sales are final no refunds or exchanges. stands behind the quality of their products. If you discover what you believe is a product defect please contact us, we offer a 15 day from date of purchase replacement option. If it is determined that the product is defective then we will promptly replace the defective product.
If you are sending us an email for a replacement, please provide the following:

  • Order number
  • The Name of the product you are returning
  • Customer name
  • Reason for exchange
  • Customer email address
